ETF - School Assistance Scheme
Financial assistance for children in primary and secondary school to purchase textbooks, assessment books and stationery, and a waiver of their MENDAKI Tuition Scheme / Collaborative Tuition Programme (MTS/CTP) fees.
With effect from 2020, SAS has been reapportioned to transport credits and book vouchers to better meet the basic needs of student’ from low income family. This will help to defray the cost of purchasing educational items and cost of transportation for the students. The subsidy will be given in two tranches.
Other Schemes
ETF - Big Heart Student Care Subsidy
This scheme aims to provide additional assistance for Malay/Muslim students enrolled in Big Heart Student Care Centres, which provides after-school support.

ETF - ITE Start-up Costs
This scheme aims to provide a one-off assistance for Year 1 students in the purchase of materials for school purposes. Student will get $80 - $100, depends on the course of study.
How to apply?
Please apply through your ITE college.

ETF - Merchant Bursary
The bursary of $500 aims to assist the student's incidental costs such as school field trips, tuition fees, etc. to encourage students to do well and complete their studies.

SM Jaleel Foundation Ltd – ETF Assistance Scheme
The scheme was introduced in August 2019 in an effort to encourage students to continue to excel in their studies at the local institutions. It is to support the financial needs of deserving Muslim students, and to support financially disadvantaged students at the ITE, local polytechnics and universities.

Singapore Chinese Chamber of Commerce Foundation – ETF Scholarship
The objective of the scholarship is to reward top Muslim Singaporeans or Singapore PR students who will be pursuing their undergraduate studies in any of the local universities (NUS, NTU, SMU, SIT & SUTD).
The scholarship will be used to finance their university fees or cover the living allowances during their term of study.

ETF – Global Radiance Group Assistance Scheme
Tripartite Engineering Training Award & Tripartite Nautical Training Award Programmes Bursary
The scheme was introduced in March 2020. It is to support deserving Muslim students, prioritising those from financially disadvantaged families, enrolled in the Tripartite Engineering Training Award (TETA) or the Tripartite Nautical Training Award (TNTA) offered at Singapore Maritime Academy (SMA) or Wavelink Maritime Institute (WMI). It is to encourage these students to continue to excel in their studies.

ETF – Siddiqui Assistance Scheme
National ITE Certificate (NITEC) & Polytechnic Foundation Programme (PFP) Bursary
The scheme was introduced in March 2020. It is to support deserving Muslim students, prioritising those from financially disadvantaged families, enrolled in local institutes of technical education (ITE) and polytechnics. It is to encourage these students to continue to excel in their studies.

ETF – Barakath Bursary
The scheme was introduced in August 2021. It is to support deserving Muslim students, prioritising those from financially disadvantaged families, enrolled in local Institute of Technical Education (ITE) and Polytechnics. It is to encourage these students to continue to excel in their studies.
ETF – Bazul Ashhab Bursary
The scheme was introduced in August 2021. It is to support and encourage deserving Malay/Muslim students who are enrolled in local institutes of technical education (ITE), polytechnics and universities in Singapore, to excel in their studies. Priorities are given to students from financially disadvantaged families.

ETF – The Saleh and Gato Motiawalla Bursary
The scheme was introduced in January 2022. It is to support and encourage deserving Malay/Muslim students who are enrolled in local institutes of technical education (ITE) to excel in their studies. Priorities are given to students from financially disadvantaged families.

ETF – GAFOOR PROPNEX Bursary
The scheme was introduced in December 2021. It is to support and encourage deserving Malay/Muslim students who are enrolled in local institutes of technical education (ITE) and polytechnics in Singapore, to excel in their studies. Priorities are given to students from financially disadvantaged families.

The scheme was introduced in January 2022. It is to support deserving Malay/Muslim students, prioritising those from financially disadvantaged families, enrolled in local institutes of technical education (ITE). It is to encourage these students to continue to excel in their studies.

ETF – Nasir Gaffar Khan Bursary
The scheme was introduced in September 2021. It is to support and encourage deserving Malay/Muslim students who are enrolled in local institutes of technical education (ITE) and Polytechnics in Singapore, to excel in their studies. Priorities are given to students from financially disadvantaged families.

ETF – Jamae Kalvi Bursary
The scheme was introduced in February 2022. It is to support deserving Muslim students, prioritising those from financially disadvantaged families, enrolled in local institutes of technical education (ITE), polytechnics and autonomous universities. It is to encourage these students to continue to excel in their studies.

ETF – Ramalah Amat Bursary
The scheme was introduced in April 2022. It is to support deserving Malay/Muslim students, prioritising those from financially disadvantaged families, enrolled in local institutes of technical education (ITE). It is to encourage these students to continue to excel in their studies.
